With much ado, the boxes finally arrived! I'm going to do something a little different with this group break. My lovely wife is going to be helping me out by picking the cards that get scanned. I figure that everyone has seen the base Topps design ad nauseum this year so let's let a fresh set of eyes critique the cards. I'll try to capture her comments the best I can!

Fex Ex didn't show up till about 7:30 tonight. I hope everyone is satisfied with their cards so far. I'll start keeping a card count per team at the end of the next round. It looks like the Rangers and the White Sox are off to a good start in this break. What will the next packs unveil... Tune in tomorrow!
Nice work for the White Sox. I really got to get me a pink card!
ReplyDeleteI love the comments your wife is adding to the break. Nice way to keep things fresh.
DeleteHehe... she said "Weiner".
Love that Murphy card.
ReplyDeleteJust what I've always WANTED!!! A "Dirty Wiener" card!!!
ReplyDeletetoo funny!! what the hell did the Yankmees do? Roll around in the dirt before pictures??
What a great name for a pub! What guy would not want to meet his buddies for a drink at "The Dirty Wiener"?
ReplyDeleteI like the comments your wife is adding. It does keep it fresh.
If I ever pulled an Eduardo Nunez #ed less than 100 I would quit the hobby for good.
